“Our Battle Continues Within the Constitutional Framework”: Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani

ISLAMABAD: Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani of the Islamabad High Court emphasized the ongoing struggle to protect Pakistan’s ideological and geographical integrity, asserting that the judiciary remains steadfast in upholding the Constitution and the law.

This message was delivered during a flag hoisting ceremony at the Islamabad High Court on Independence Day. The event also saw the participation of Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir.

Addressing the gathering, Justice Kayani reflected on the immense sacrifices made by the nation’s forefathers, acknowledging that the current generation may not fully grasp the extent of these sacrifices as they were not witnesses to those tumultuous times.

Justice Kayani also stressed the importance of remembering the martyrs who have laid down their lives since the country’s inception. He urged citizens to plant saplings, symbolizing a commitment to future generations, so that they too may see the legacy of those who came before them.
