CM Balochistan Sarfaraz Bugti Inaugurates 21 NADRA Centers, 6 Mobile Registration Vans
QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, has officially inaugurated 21 NADRA centers along with 6 mobile registration vans across the province, aiming to enhance registration services in remote and underserved areas.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Speaker of the National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq, and Commerce Minister Jam Kamal Khan. Also in attendance were the Director General of NADRA Balochistan Region, senior administrative officers, and other notable dignitaries.
During the event, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar lauded NADRA’s efforts, emphasizing the significance of these centers in the development of Balochistan. The new centers include special facilities for women, established in Pishin, Loralai, and Khuzdar. Additionally, centers in Faridabad, Dasht Yeh Goran, Balanadi, Babakot, Lakhra, Kangri, Jainprom, and Herdin are now operational, with more centers set up in Loi Band and surrounding areas.
NADRA officials highlighted that these centers have been strategically placed in regions where the need for registration services is most urgent. The mobile registration vans, equipped with modern technology and satellite-based internet, will extend services to remote areas lacking internet connectivity, ensuring that no citizen is left behind in accessing essential registration facilities.
